Get a sheet of paper, write or print the words "Panty Trust Verified + Your Stage Name".  See the examples below.
Select an item that you would like to send off for verification, something that weights less than 3oz /100g will save you shipping costs.  This can be panties, stockings, socks etc. Put the item on, hold up the sign and take 1 photo capturing as much as you are comfortable with, in particular capturing the sign and the item you choose to wear.
